Patient was unhappy with the appearance of his smile and had tried bleaching. Since his teeth were resistant to bleaching, he opted to have them veneered.
Patient had a broken tooth that was not suitable for a composite restoration; Dr. Corey recommended a crown. Due to the discoloration of the remaining anterior teeth, patient opted to have four crowns placed.
